Regarding the Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP) – “Support for Industry Decarbonization” Divilux marks the inauguration of its Photovoltaic Central, this month.
Currently, 143 photovoltaic modules are in operation, with a combined capacity of 59.4 Kwp, resulting in a solar energy production of 47.9 MWh for self-consumption. This translates into a reduction of 8.81 tons of CO2 emissions per year, equivalent to planting 343 trees annually.
The installation of the Photovoltaic Central will enable a reduction of approximately 31% in our energy consumption, leading to a decrease of around 7.75 tons of CO2 emissions per year. This represents a significant turning point in the company’s sustainability policy, which reinforced its commitment to environmental responsibility by obtaining ISO 14001:2015 certification on August 28th.
Divilux remains dedicated to implementing strategies that contribute to environmental protection and pollution prevention, ensuring continuous improvement of its environmental system and performance.
